Stuffed Tomatoes


Egg Recipes - Stuffed Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS :

6 medium size tomatoes
2 eggs
2 onions, finely chopped
1 chilly, finely chopped
pepper powder to taste
salt to taste


METHOD

Cut the top of the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp.
Beat eggs and add onion, green chilly, pepper powder and salt.

Fill each tomato shell with this mixture and bake till they are soft to the touch.
