CEED 2013 - Common Entrance Exam for Design
CEED 2013 Application process will start from 8th August 2012
Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) is an all India examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. CEED is a qualifying examination for Admission to Master of Design (M.Des.) Programmes at IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati and IIT Kanpur, and Ph.D. Programmes in Design in some Institutes.
The objective of CEED is to assess the candidate’s aptitude for design, involving visual perception ability, drawing skills, logical reasoning, creativity, and communication skills.
CEED is a qualifying examination for the following postgraduate programmes in design:
1. Master of Design Programme
A. IISc Bangalore: M.Des. in Product Design and Engineering
B. IIT Bombay: M.Des. in
Industrial Design
Visual Communication
Animation
Interaction Design
Mobility and Vehicle Design.
C. IIT Delhi: M.Des. in Industrial Design
D. IIT Guwahati: M.Des. in Design
E. IIT Kanpur: M.Des. in Industrial Design
2. Ph.D Programmes in Design in IISc Bangalore and IIT Bombay.
GATE qualified candidates will also be considered for admission to these programmes.

The University of Kerala has published provisional list of successful candidates at the Eighth semester B.Tech. Degree Examination (2003 and 2008 Schemes) held in April 2012. The marklist of the candidates will be sent to the respective centres of examination by 17.08.2012. The mark list of those candidates in respect of whom there are defects to be rectified will not be issued although their results have been provisionally published. The results of the transitory candidates will be available from the B.Tech. tabulation sections. The application for scrutiny and revaluation of answer scripts should reach this office on or before 27.08.2012. Candidates who are applying for revaluation should submit only one application. If more than one application is submitted it will be summarily rejected. The results are available on the University Website http://www.keralauniversity.ac.in/.

KEAM 2012 - Admission to Professional Degree Courses
Third Phase Allotment Schedule
The third phase of allotment for admission to professional degree courses 2012 begins on 01.08.2012. The candidates who have already received allotment in the previous allotment can re-arrange / delete their higher options and also register fresh options to newly added courses / colleges from 01.08.2012 to 03.08.2012, through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in . On the basis of options received upto 5.00 pm on 03.08.2012, the third allotment will be published on 05.08.2012. Candidates who receive the third allotment shall take a print out of their allotment memo and remit the fees/ balance fees payable to the CEE, in one of the designated branches of the State Bank of Travancore (SBT) on 06.08.2012 or 07.08.2012. The list of designated branches of SBT is available on the website.
CAP 2012 - Third Phase Allotment Schedule
Candidates can re-arrange/delete existing options and register fresh options to new Colleges/Courses from 01-08-2012 to 03-08-2012, 5pm.
Third Phase Allotment on 05-08-2012.
Fee Payment based on Third Phase Allotment on 6th & 7th August 2012.
Candidates should report to the principal of the allotted colleges along with original documents, take admission and remit balance fee at the college, if any, as per the schedule from 06-08-2012 to 08-08-2012. For more details visit http://www.cee-kerala.org
