JIPMER MBBS Entrance Examination – 2014

Jawaharlal Institute Of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER), an Institution of National Importance under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India has invited applications for admission to the MBBS Programme at the Institute for 2014-2015.

Eligibility:

Nationality: Indian Nationals. Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are also eligible to apply.

Qualification: Must have passed / appeared for HSC (10+2) examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology & English/Equivalent.

Age: Must have attained 17 years of age at the time of admission or should complete 17 years on or before 31.12.2014 i,e. must have been born on or before 01.01.1998

Application Fee: General (UR) / OBC / NRI / OCI : `1000/- Transaction Charges as applicable.
SC/ST/OPH : `800/- Transaction Charges as applicable.
Mode of payment : Only through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.

Closing date for Online Registration of applications at JIPMER website (upto 16:30 hrs.) www.jipmer.edu.in: 02.05.2014 (Friday)

Download of Hall Ticket from JIPMER website www.jipmer.edu.in (The Hall Tickets will be made available through Internet only and NOT by Post): 20.05.2014 (Tuesday) onwards

Date & Time of Entrance Examination : 08.06.2014 (Sunday) (10.00 AM to 12.30 PM)

Expected date of declaration of result : 16.06.2014 (Monday)

The result will be displayed on the Notice Board of Academic Section, JIPMER and will also be available at JIPMER website at www.jipmer.edu.in Candidates can download their marks/Rank card from the website portal.
