Online Allotment of the Vacant MBBS/BDS Seats 2015 : Option Confirmation
The vacant seats in MBBS/BDS courses after the allotment on 21.09.2015 to MBBS/BDScourses in Government Medical/Dental colleges and two Private Self Financing
Medical Colleges (Al Azhar Medical college & Super speciality Hospital, Ezhalloor, Thodupuzha, Idukki and Sree Gokulam Medical College & Research Foundation,
Venjaramoodu P O, Thiruvananthapuram) will be filled up through an online allotment which will be published on 27.09.2015.
The higher options of students who are already allotted and admitted in the Self Financing Medical/Dental Colleges shall be deleted and they will not be considered for this vacancy filling phase of allotment as per the various Government Orders relating to Fees and Admission of Students in Self Financing Medical/Dental Colleges. The otherwise eligible candidates who want their higher order options to be considered in this vacancy filling phase of allotment shall have to login to their Home Page and confirm their options by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available therein. After Online Option Confirmation, the candidates can rearrange/delete their higher order options from 25.09.2015 to 27.09.2015, 3 pm, through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in . On the basis of options received up to 3 pm on 27.09.2015, the vacancy filling phase of allotment to MBBS/BDS will be published in the evening on 27.09.2015. Candidates who receive allotment shall have to take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/ balance fee payable to the CEE, in one of the designated branches of the State Bank of Travancore (SBT) on 28.09.2015 or 29.09.2015. The list of designated branches of SBT is available on the website. After remitting the fee/balance fee in any of the designated branches of SBT, the candidates should join the course/college before 5 pm on 29.09.2015. Those who do not confirm their options online will not be considered for this phase of allotment.

Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) October 2015
Office of the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Pareekshabhavan, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram -12 has notified the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) 2015.
The persons recruited as teachers should possess the essential aptitude and ability to meet the Challenges of teaching at all levels of schooling. TET is an examination to assess the quality of teacher candidates for Lower Primary, Upper Primary and High School Classes in Kerala.
Separate test will be conducted to select teachers for Category I (Lower Primary Classes) Category II (Upper Primary Classes) Category III (High School Classes) and
Category IV (for Language Teachers – Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu (up to UP classes), Specialist Teachers (Art & Crafts) and Physical Education Teachers.
The conduct of the examination is entrusted with Pareeksha Bhavan, Kerala. Candidates are strictly advises to go through the prospectus attached along with this
notification before submitting the application form. Qualifications for applying for each category are given in detail in the Prospectus.
The Exam fee is Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) for each category. Fee for SC/ST and differently abled categories is Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only)
Applications should be submitted to Pareeksha Bhavan only through online. Printout of the application, chalan and copies of the certificates need not be sent to Pareeksha
Bhavan. The candidate should take a printout of the application before confirming and verify the details given in the online application. Corrections if any required should be made before confirming the application. No correction of Name, Category and subject chosen will be allowed after confirmation of the application. The Procedure for sending
application and remitting fee is given in detail in the Prospectus. Candidates can choose the Educational district for the examination while filling the application

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
M.Sc. Nursing – 2 years (Course Code- MSC/022)
1) B.Sc. Nursing/Post-Basic from an Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and PGIMER, Chandigarh as equivalent thereto with at least 55% marks
in aggregate.
2) Should have minimum one year of work experience after registration as Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife by 10th June 2015 (the last date for submission of applications) in bedside nursing in a minimum 100 bedded hospital (for private hospitals only) or Public Health Nursing or in Nursing Educational Institutions recognized by the Indian Nursing Council after B.Sc. Nursing (4 years) or before and after Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing. The experience certificate in this regard must be on the letter head of the hospital and should clearly indicate the capacity of the hospital in terms of number of beds and should be approved by State/Central Govt.(S) failing which experience will not be considered.
3) Should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife as approved by INC or substitute registration in the case of male candidates fully qualified for nursing of men, women and children.
Foreign nationals (FN)
(1) Foreign nationals should also fill in the prescribed application form online.
(2) Candidates are required to take the print out of the filled online application form and route their applications along with necessary documents through
the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi.
(3) Foreign national candidates can also deposit the required fee through demand draft in favour of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh and print out of dulyfilled application form (by filling the subject) may be sent by post to Principal, NINE, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
(4) The online application form will be treated as an advance copy.

ALL INDIA PRE-VETERINARY TEST-2015 FOR ADMISSION TO 1st YEAR of B.V.Sc. & A.H. COURSE
DATE OF ENTRANCE TEST AIPVT - 2015
20-06-2015 (Saturday) 2.00 to 5.00 P.M.
Online applications are invited from Indian Nationals for All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT)–2015 to be conducted by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) for filling up 15% of All India Quota seats in Veterinary Colleges in India (except from the State of Jammu & Kashmir).
DATE, TIME AND VENUE OF EXAMINATION: Saturday, the 20th June, 2015 (time 2.00 to 5.00 P.M.) at the centres (cities) given in the Information Bulletin.
PATTERN OF EXAMINATION: (a) The AIPVT-2015 Examination shall consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with single
correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology). (b) Question Paper shall be in English and Hindi.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
(i) The candidates should be Indian Nationals (except from the State of Jammu & Kashmir).
(ii) He/She has attained or will attain the age of Seventeen (17) years as on 31st December, 2015. Candidates attaining seventeen years on 1st of January, 2016 or later will not be eligible to appear at the AIPVT.
The upper age limit for candidates seeking admission under 15% All India Quota Seats is 25 years as on 1st December,2015. Further provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates ofScheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes.
(iii) Candidate must have passed any of the following qualifying examinations :
Qualifying Examinations:
The Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination equivalent to 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years of study, the last two years of study with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council for Educational Research and Training after the introduction of the 10+2+3 (years) educational structure as recommended by the National
Committee on Education.
OR
The Intermediate Examination in Science from a recognized University/Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (which shall include a practical test in these subjects) and English as a core course.
a) He/ She has passed the qualifying examination with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core course or an examination equivalent to intermediate Science examination of an Indian University/ Board recognised by the Association of Indian Universities taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology including a practical test in each of these subjects and English.
b) A candidate under General Category for admission to the B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course must have passed in each of these subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and obtained 50% marks in aggregate of these subjects, at the qualifying examination. Admission of students to B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course shall be made only on the basis of his/her merit in the competitive entrance examination. No other merit/ weightage shall be considered for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course.
c) In respect of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/ the Scheduled Tribes or other special category of students as specified by the Government from time to time, marks required for admission shall be 10% less than that prescribed for general category. Where the seats reserved for the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes students in any State cannot be filled for want of requisite number of candidates fulfilling the minimum requirement prescribed by that State, then such vacancies shall be filled up on All India basis with students belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes getting not less than the minimum prescribed pass percentage
Physical Disability: A candidate shall not be allowed admission to B.V.Sc & A.H. degree course including those admitted
under 15% reserved quota of VCI if he/she suffer disabilities in physical fitness as Listed below:-
a. Disability of total body including disability of chest/spine more than 50%,
b. Disability of lower limb of more than 50%,
c. Disability of upper limb,
d. Visually handicapped candidates and those with hearing disability,
e. Candidates with progressive diseases like myopathies etc.
f. Disabilities which otherwise would interfere in the performance of duties of a veterinarian.
Note: (i) Students from the State of Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible to appear in this test, as the State has not adopted the provisions of the Indian Veterinary Council Act,
1984 in the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
(ii) A candidate who is taking the qualifying examination prior to the AIPVT, or whose result is awaited, may also apply and take the examination but he/she shall not be eligible for admission to the B.V.Sc. & A.H. programme, if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required percentage of marks as per the Minimum
Standard of Veterinary Education – Degree Course (B.V.Sc & A.H.) Regulations, 2008 on or before 30th June, 2015 and submit the documentary proof during counselling, if
selected.
RESERVATION OF SEATS & ADMISSION IN VETERINARY COLLEGES:An All India merit list of the qualified candidates shall be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the AIPVT–2015 and candidates shall be admitted to seats under 15% All India Quota from the said list only as per the reservation policy.
HOW TO APPLY:
(i) Candidates can apply ONLY ONLINE
(ii) On-line submission of application may be made by accessing the website www.aipvt.vci.nic.in. The duration of submission of application form with requisite fee is given in SCHEDULE/FEE DETAILS. Instructions for submitting online application, payment of fee are available on website.
(iii) Online Application Form cannot be withdrawn once it is submitted successfully.
(iv) The Candidate is NOT required to submit printout of the Confirmation Page to the VCI.

Step 4: Pay Examination Fee by Debit/Credit card or e-Challan.
Step 5: Download the Confirmation Page and keep the same in safe custody alongwith proof of remittance of fees for future reference and records.
