Application forms for all the courses can be obtained on request to: The Registrar, College of Nursing, Christian Medical College Vellore-632 004, Tamilnadu, India either by hand or by sending the prescribed fee (as mentioned in the table above) as crossed demand draft drawn in favour of CMC Vellore Association payable at State Bank of India, Vellore Town Branch code 1618. (No other mode of payment will be accepted).
