Soya Bean - Top Heart Attack Fighters

Soya Bean

Top Heart Attack Fighters - Soya Bean

Soya beans are chock full of protein, folic acid and antioxidants (saponins, flavonoids and phytosterols) that help prevent the formation of fatty clots in the blood vessels and decrease bad cholesterol (LDL) in our body. Try to include soya in any form in your daily diet. Add 100 gm of soya flour to 1 kg wheat flour, so you have some soya content in your chapattis. Alternatively, experiment with other forms of soya - add granules to upma, chunks to vegetables or pulao, or whip up soya milkshakes
