Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences ( MCOPS) Established in 1963, MCOPS offers D. Pharm., B.Pharm., M.Pharm. and Ph.D. programs. The hospital pharmacy manufacturing unit and pharmacies of the Kasturba Hospital provide practical training to students.

• Research labs for pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutics, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutical marketing and administration, pharmacology, pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical quality assurance and pharmaceutical biotechnology.


• In the last 40 years, more than 1000 research papers have been published and presented at various national and international conferences.


• Practical training in manufacturing pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, perfumes and cosmetics


• Museum, Medicinal garden, bioavailability study centre and placement cell.
