First Allotment to General Quota Seats Published

The allotment to General Quota seats of Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma Courses in Kerala for the year 2014 is published.

The allotment is based on the options registered by candidates who have opted for General Quota and included in the merit list and category lists prepared and published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on the basis of the Kerala State list of AIPGMEE - 2014, provided by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

Those candidates who got allotment can take the printout of the Allotment Memo by logging into the ‘Home Page’ of the candidate and then remit the Fees shown in the Allotment Memo at a designated branch of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) from 31.03.2014 to 07.04.2014 in order to accept the allotment. The list of designated branches of SBT is available on the website. All the candidates should report for joining/admission in the course and college allotted as per the schedule given below along with the Allotment Memo, Fee Receipt and the documents specified in Clause 11-3 of the Prospectus for admission to P G Medical Courses, Kerala-2014. Those candidates who do not remit the fees or do not join the respective course/college within the stipulated time will lose their allotment and will not be considered for further online allotments, if any, under General Quota. No extension of time for reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances. The candidates are liable to pay admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission.

The schedule for Fee payment and joining in the colleges is given below:

31.03.2014 to 07.04.2014 : All candidates who got an allotment shall remit the fee shown in the allotment memo at selected branches of State Bank of Travancore (SBT).

31.03.2014 to 07.04.2014 : All candidates should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with Allotment Memo, Fee Receipt and the required documents.

07.04.2014, 5.30 pm : Submission of Non-joining report by the College authorities by E-mail / FAX before 5.30 pm.
