Admission Notice for DM/MCh/MDS 3 years Course August 2009
The Banaras Hindu University will conduct Admission Test on All India Basis at BHU Varanasi on Sunday the 05th July, 2009 at 9.00 AM for the following subjects:
1. MCh Neuro Surgery
Eligibility: MS before 31.05.09
2. MCh Peadiatric Surgery
Eligibility: MS before 31.05.09
3. MCh Plastic Surgery
Eligibility: MS before 31.05.09
4. MCh Surgical Oncology
Eligibility: MS before 31.05.09
5. MCh Urology
Eligibility: MS before 31.05.09
6. DM Cardiology
Eligibility: MD before 31.05.09
7. DM Endocrinology
Eligibility: MD before 31.05.09
8. DM Gastroenterology
Eligibility: MD before 31.05.09
9. DM Nephrology
Eligibility: MD before 31.05.09
10. DM Neurology
Eligibility: MD before 31.05.09
11. MDS Prosthodontics
Eligibility: BDS & 1 year Internshipbefore 31.05.09
12. MDS Operative Dentistry
Eligibility: BDS & 1 year Internship before 31.05.09
13. MDS Orthodontics
Eligibility: BDS & 1 year Internshipbefore 31.05.09
The sale of application form and information leaflets will start form 23.02.2009. The same can be purchased in person from Institute’s counter or by post after submitting a MICR Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) along with a self addressed envelope of 25x 16 cm and a request letter mentioning the appropriate course and full address with contact telephone number. The envelope must be superscribed as “REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR DM/MCh OR MDS AUGUST 2009.” The same can also be downloaded from BHU website www.bhu.ac.in.
The completed application form with all enclosures must reach the office of the Director, IMS,BHU on or before 25.05.09. The MICR Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Director, IMS, BHU” payable at Varanasi of Rs. 1500/- (One Thousand five hundred only) for MDS and Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand only for DM/MCh Course (Residency/Sponsored) must accompany the form.
Application form and Information Leaflet will be available for purchase from 23.02.2009 (Monday) to 18.05.09 (Monday) at the Institute’s counter
Last date of receipt of completed application form by the office of the Director, IMS 25.05.09 Monday
