Option Confirmation for Second Phase Allotment

Facility for Option Confirmation / Re-arrangement / Deletion for the second phase of allotment will be available during the period from 17.03.2016 to 19.03.2016, 3 PM. Option Confirmation is mandatory for taking part in the allotment process. For more details read the notification.

ALLOTMENT TO LL.M COURSES 2015-16
SECOND PHASE OF ALLOTMENT
AVAILABILITY OF WEBSITE FOR ONLINE OPTION CONFIRMATION AND RE-ARRANGEMENT

The activities related to the Second and Final phase of Centralised Allotment for admission to LL.M Courses in the four Government Law Colleges and 5 Private Self-financing Law Colleges of the State for the year 2015-16 will commence on 17.03.2016 (Thursday).

Candidates who are having valid options and who are willing to participate in this phase of allotment must compulsorily confirm their online options, by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available in their home page. After Online Option Confirmation, the candidates can delete the unwanted higher options and can re-arrange the existing higher options. The facility for option confirmation/deletion/re-arrangement will be available in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 17.03.2016 to 19.03.2016, 3 pm. Those who do not confirm their higher options online within the stipulated time will not be considered for this phase of allotment. The requests for option confirmation/re-arrangement/deletion of options received via Post/Fax/e-mail will not be considered.

The detailed schedule for the second phase of allotment is given below:

17.03.2016 - Website opens for Online Option Confirmation/ deletion/re-arrangement of options.

19.03.2016, 3 pm - Time for Online Option Confirmation/ deletion/ re-arrangement ends

20.03.2016 - Final Phase Allotment

21.03.2016 to 23.03.2016 - Students to join allotted colleges

23.03.2016, 5 pm - All the college authorities should approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through OAMS.

The required fee for the LL.M Courses should be remitted in the allotted colleges at the time of admission.

Candidates who receive allotment should have attained the eligibility for admission as per Clause 4 of the Prospectus at the time of admission.

Candidates who do not take admission within the specified dates shall lose their allotment as well as their further claims in the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP).

The vacant seats, if any, in Govt./Self Financing Law Colleges still remaining after 5 pm on 23.03.2016 shall be filled by the College Authorities concerned through Spot Admission on or before 31.03.2016. The College authorities are authorized to conduct Spot Admission on or before 31.03.2016 in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Clause 16.7(b) of the Prospectus for LL.M Course 2015-16 after giving wide publicity regarding the same through print and visual media. The vacant seats, if any, in Self Financing Law Colleges after 23.03.2016 shall be filled as Government Merit seats through Spot Admission.
