INGREDIENTS :
250 gm kabuli gram - soak overnight
1 bunch coriander leaves
4 onions, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp chilly powder
2 green chillies
9-10 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/4 cup tamarind pulp
1/4 cup oil
METHOD
Pressure cook the soaked gram till it is very soft.
Grind cumin seeds, chilly powder, green chillies,haldi powder and garlic, into a paste.
Fry onions in a deep pan, add the ground masala, kabuli gram, tamarind pulp and salt.
Cook again for 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
