vegetarian dishes - Stuffed Capsicum
2 potatoes, boiled
1 chilly, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
salt to taste
oil for frying
Peel the potatoes and mash it really well, and mix onion and chillies. Add lime juice and salt and keep aside.
Cut the stalk of the capsicums and remove the seeds.
Apply salt inside and fill them with the potato mixture.
Brush oil all over the capsicums and either fry,steam or bake.
